工作時間：需輪班工作, 每週工作6天, 每天工作9小時
09:30‑22:00（包括用膳 / 休息時間 3.5 小時）或
10:30‑23:00（包括用膳 / 休息時間 3.5 小時）或
10:00‑21:30（包括用膳 / 休息時間 2.5 小時）
職務範圍：烹調菜式，製作點心；預備食材，撈餡、煮餡；採購食材，監控食材庫存；編訂餐單和設計菜式；監控食物品質及環境衛生；安排人手調配及培訓員工；管理廚房之運作；督導四廚或以下廚師。（不需管理下屬）
語文要求：會話：粵語無需、英文無需、其他語言無需
讀寫：中文一般、英文無需、其他語文無需
最低入職要求：中三學歷程度、三年相關工作經驗（不需技能測試）
