職務範圍：於日本菜館負责食物及飲品製作;接待客人;為客人點餐;訂購及管理存貨;水吧及器具的清潔;結帳及操作收銀機;負責水吧位日常運作;調配咖啡，製作各類咖啡飲料;為客人備酒及調製雞尾酒。(不需管理下屬)
工作地區：SHOP 6, G/F, HUNG WAI BUILDING, NOS. 3-5 FA YUEN STREET,MONGKOK, KOWLOON

Job work schedule : 不需輪班工作 每週工作6天，每天工作9小時12:00-22:00(包括用膳/休息時間1小時)
