語文要求: 略懂粵語會話、略懂中文讀寫
職務範圍:
烹調燒味菜式；預備食材；採購食材，監控食材庫存；編訂餐單和 設計菜式
監控食物品質及環境衛生；安排人手調配及培訓員工；
管理廚房之運作；協助其他廚務
