食物及飲品製作；接待客人；
為客人點餐；訂購及管理存貨；
水吧及器具的 清潔：
結帳及操作收銀機；
負責水吧位日常運作；調配咖啡，製作各類咖啡飲料；
為客人備酒及調製雞尾酒。
