Job description
為顧客提供優質的客戶熱線服務，並提供最新及適切的解決方案
支援 HKT 電子錢包相關的跟進工作
根據預先設定的工作程序和流程，專業地完成工作
主動學習並掌握最新相關知識/資訊，為客戶解決並提供最新及適切的解決方案
以積極的態度履行職責，以隨時維護公司的形象
視乎公司的要求執行其他指定的工作
工作地點：上環
工作時間：星期一至日 8:00 - 00:00，早班/夜班（五天工作，每天8.5小時）

Requirements

Salary and benefits
Salary : HK$16,000 - HK$18,000 / Per Month / Bank Transaction
