1. Lead the full product development cycle — from concept ideation to final production with certifications.

2. Collaborate closely with customers to understand design intent, compliance requirements, and delivery expectations.

3. Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders, including design teams, procurement, production, manufacturing and certification partners.

4. Manage product certifications, project budgets, schedules, and resources to ensure optimal outcomes.

5. Identify cost-saving opportunities and propose efficiency improvements while maintaining quality standards.

6. Work primarily from the Hong Kong office, with travel to factories in China and overseas for technical coordination, project alignment and quality control.

7. Perform other related duties as assigned by supervisors.

1. Bachelor’s degree or higher in Mechanical Engineering, Automotive Engineering, Aerospace Engineering, or related disciplines.

2. 10 years of relevant experience in manufacturing, with proven exposures of project management & product certifications.

3. Strong organizational and time-management skills; able to handle multiple projects under tight deadlines.

4. Excellent leadership, analytical, communication, interpersonal and problem-solving skills, with the ability to independently liaise effectively with clients and factory teams. 5. Proficient in MS Office, MS Project, CAD, and SolidWorks.

6. Strong command of spoken and written English and Chinese. 7. Experience in working with factories in China and is a strong advantage.

8. Experience in the automotive industry and seats certification is a plus.

9. Willingness to travel to China and overseas.

10. Diligent, responsible, and possess strong professional ethics and teamwork spirit.
