Job description

  • Work Environment: Energetic, collaborative team

  • Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 09:00–18:00

  • Responsibilities:

    • Take primary responsibility for corporate sales by developing, pursuing, and maintaining relationships with corporate and institutional clients to establish long-term business partnerships.

    • Design and implement sales strategies and proposals aimed at meeting or exceeding targets.

    • Proactively follow up on client needs and provide after-sales service to ensure satisfaction and foster repeat business.

    • Engage in sales development by identifying new business opportunities, managing leads, and guiding opportunities through the sales funnel to closure.

    • Collaborate with internal teams (product, operations, marketing) to ensure quality delivery and timely execution of services.

    • Prepare and deliver professional business presentations, proposals, and manage contract negotiations.

    • Optional: Assist with company promotional activities as needed, though this is not a primary responsibility.

    • High performers may be considered for promotion opportunities and international exchange experiences.

Requirements

  • Requirements:

    • Age: 18–40

    • Education: Higher Diploma or Degree (exceptional secondary school graduates may be considered)

    • Characteristics: Outgoing, proactive, responsible, and service-oriented

    • Skills: Strong teamwork and communication abilities

    • Language Proficiency: Fluent in Cantonese; basic knowledge of English and Mandarin

    • Experience: Must possess corporate sales or relevant sales experience, with the ability to independently manage client acquisition and follow-up processes

    • Preferred: Experience in B2B sales, proposal/contract negotiation, or key account management

    • Immediate availability is an advantage

  • Salary:

    • Monthly salary: HKD 18,000–24,000 (based on experience and capabilities)
