Job description
管理及帶領分店團隊達到公司銷售目標及各項營業指標
門店零售工作，向顧客提供優質服務及確保公司服務質素
協助及培訓店鋪團隊之產品知識及銷售技巧
與管理層緊密聯繫、提出合適當的行動策略
保持良好店鋪營運環境及管理店舖存貨及補貨

Requirements
具五年或以上化妝或護膚品零售管理經驗，具專業美容知識及化妝技巧
具領導才能，卓越人事管理和擅長培訓店舖員工，帶領前線員工達成銷售目標及建立高效團隊，保持品牌形象及提高顧客服務水準
熟悉管理店舖日常運作如貨品管理、存貨管理、店舖視覺陳列等，以確保營運及服務符合公司指標
具良好人際關係及溝通技巧，能操流利廣東話，基本英語及普通話
