Job description
職務範圍：製備餅食、糕點、甜點、朱古力及麵包；操作和監察烤爐、麵團機和切片機；預備食材；採購食材，監控食材庫存；監控食物品質及衛生環境；安排人手調配及培訓員工；管理廚房之運作；協助其他廚務。（不需要管理下屬）
工作地區：香港島東區 工作時間：每週工作6天，每天工作8小時（09:00-18:00 包括用膳/休息1小時）
入職要求：小六學歷程度、一年相關工作經驗（不需要技能測試，例如筆試，電腦技能測試如打字/文書處理軟件使用、機器/用具操作測試等）
語言要求：一般粵語會話，一般中文讀寫；
月薪：每月$17,310（不包括超時工資）
