Job description
• 透過電話 或各種網上渠道，例如Facebook、即時通訊軟體
• 聯絡現有客戶 跟進續約服務, 以及推廣其他產品及服務, 如 csl.､ 1O1O､ 網上行, nowTV及家居智能電話等
• 致力提供良好客戶服務
• 跟從規定及程序處理工作，適時跟進及完成整個工作流程
• 以專業態度履行職務，並時刻保持公司形象
• 按需要協助處理其他工作

Work location : Recruit in multiple districts
Job work schedule : 每週5天 (需要輪班工作)，工作時間：09:00 - 22:00

Requirements
• 香港中學會考或文憑或以上
• 具良好中英寫作能力
• 具良好的粵英口語溝通能力
• 主動積極協助客戶及推廣銷售
• 客戶為先，具解決困難能力並著重成果
• 熟悉各種社交媒體渠道
Minimum education level : Form 5
Dress code requirement : Smart Casual
