The Role

• Reporting to the Marketing Manager, we are seeking a self-driven and collaborative Project Coordinator.

• Lead and manage projects from initiation to delivery.

• Work closely with diverse internal and external stakeholders to keep initiatives on track.

• Proactively contribute ideas that add value to each project.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate assigned projects end-to-end, managing timelines, stakeholder communications, and deliverables for successful and timely execution.

• Collaborate closely with internal teams, external partners, and institutional stakeholders, serving as the key liaison to align expectations and drive project momentum.

• Proactively identify opportunities for improvement and contribute creative ideas that enhance project outcomes and overall business impact.

• Manage follow-ups, documentation, and reporting across multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring nothing falls through the cracks.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related fields.

1-2 years of experience in project coordination or a similar role.

Proficient in utilizing AI tools and technologies to:

• Enhance personal productivity.

• Streamline project workflows.

• Support smarter decision-making.

Hands-on experience with AI applications is essential.

Strong self-motivation and execution skills.

Proven ability to manage tasks independently and deliver results without close supervision.

Excellent interpersonal and communication skills in:
